Cependant, le lancement de la journée a été décevant. Le rendez vous était fixé à 9h45 pour un départ à 10h. Notre premier contact sur place s'est fait à 10h20 suite à une sollicitation de l'agence de notre part et la personne qui nous a "accueilli" a été impolie, froide et désagréable. Nous sommes partis avec 1h de retard sans explication ni excuses et une très mauvaise première impression ! Heureusement que le personnel à bord et la qualité des fonds marins…”

“L attività in sé stessa è andata bene, il tempo sul catamarano è stato piacevole. Buono il pranzo e apprezzato il brindisi finale. Però una grossissima pecca : alla mattina nessuno ci stava venendo a prendere in hotel come concordato. Per fortuna c era un’ assistente della Creole vista per caso in reception che dopo varie telefonate e’ riuscita a fare arrivare un driver che ci ha accompagnato al porto. Il pick up era alle 8,20 , il driver e’ arrivato alle 9 passate. Anche al ritorno dalla gita non c era nessuno a prenderci , abbiamo dovuto chiedere ad un’ assistente Creole che ci ha fatto arrivare un autista…”
